Terms of Service

ZenLeads provides website design, AI receptionist widgets, and a CRM platform for managing leads and customer relationships. Features and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed as described at checkout and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of all data you input into or receive through the platform, including lead and customer information ("Your Data"). You grant ZenLeads a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.

ZenLeads may access Your Data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law, send unsolicited or unlawful communications (including via the texting/email features), attempt to access another organization's data without authorization, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Each account is issued a unique API key for connecting your AI receptionist widget and other integrations. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Activity performed using your API key is treated as authorized by you.

The Service may use third-party providers (such as payment processing, SMS, and email delivery) to operate certain features. Use of those features is subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Privacy Policy for data retention after cancellation.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenLeads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
