ZenLeads.io ("ZenLeads," "we," "us") provides website design, AI receptionist widgets, and a customer relationship management (CRM) platform to businesses ("Clients"). This policy explains how we handle data collected through our services.

  • Account information: name, email, business/organization name, and password when you sign up.
  • Lead data: information captured by your AI receptionist widget from your website visitors (name, email, phone number, and messages/inquiries), which is stored in your CRM.
  • Usage data: how you interact with the platform, for troubleshooting and improving the service.
  • Payment information: processed through Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the ZenLeads platform and CRM.
  • To deliver leads captured by your AI receptionist into your CRM account.
  • To send transactional communications (account notices, trial reminders, billing).
  • To provide customer support.
  • To improve our services.

3. Platform Access to Your Data

As the operator of the ZenLeads platform, we may access account and CRM data stored within the platform for purposes including customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system security, preventing fraud or abuse, and complying with legal obligations. We do not access, sell, or use your data for any other purpose without your consent.

You retain ownership of all lead and customer data you input into or receive through the platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or your leads' data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email/SMS delivery), solely to provide the service to you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and lead data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted upon request.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
